When I wrote about how useful the iPad was for entertaining Connor, a mum wrote in saying she'd found several apps that were very helpful for her autistic son.
I went a-clicking on the web and came across this page which could be of some use to iPad-toting mums who have children with special needs. It's a list of 5 apps designed for children with special needs in mind.

Oh, thank you for this link!! We use Model Me Going Places, but I haven't seen the other ones. I love the idea of the sentence builder. My little boy said his first full sentence a week ago. I almost cried from happiness. Thank you again for sharing this! :)
