Resource Link: Support for parents of special needs children in Malaysia and Singapore

I did a little more digging and found this link for support for parents of specials needs children in Malaysia and Singapore. It's called Parents' Resource for Autism but the links also include centres for children who have hearing difficulties, Down's Sydrome, sight problems, dyslexia etc so I think it's really helpful for parents who need some support and info.
